The great and evergreen Pakistani singer Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan was born 13 October 1948.He starts his career as Qawwali. His voice was extraordinary quality and has ability to perform many hours without any break. He introduced the Qawwali tradition in all over the world. He is known as “shahinshah of Qawwali”. He starts his career at 16 years of his age.

Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan starts his career after his father's death and become the official head of the family Qawwali party. His first performance was at jashn-e-baharan festival of Punjab, which is organized by Radio Pakistan and sings the major hit song Haq Ali Ali. After that he becomes popular day by day.
